Dreamwork Sessions
Dreamwork is for anyone seeking clarity, direction, and a deeper relationship with their inner life. Dreams are a direct and honest form of inner communication that reveals what is already unfolding beneath your waking life.
One-On-One Dreamwork Sessions
Every one-on-one session is different. Michelle draws from various methods she has been trained in and allows the needs of each circumstance to direct which technique is used. Sessions are usually about an hour and a half long. People can come with a dream they already wish to work with, or Michelle can guide a short journey in the moment to receive what guidance is coming forward. All one-on-one sessions are by donation only.
Group Dreamwork (Journeying + Dreamweaves)
Group dreamwork sessions involve soft drumming where people can journey to receive visions or messages. After a few minutes, the group returns to the space physically and takes time to write in silence what has stirred within. These sessions may include guided meditation along with drumming. Upon return, anyone is welcome to share their experience as the group weaves the dreams together. All group dreamwork is by donation only.

You do not need to arrive with certainty. A session is a space to slow down, listen inward, and allow what is unclear to begin taking form. The work meets what is present, not what is perfect or fully understood.
